certification process involves completing
the SAFe Scrum Master course, which
equips candidates with the skills to
facilitate Agile teams within a SAFe
environment. After the course,
candidates must pass the SAFe Scrum
Master exam to earn the certification. The
exam consists of multiple-choice
questions assessing knowledge of SAFe
principles, Scrum practices, and the role
of Scrum Master in a SAFe organization.
Upon passing the exam, candidates
receive the official SAFe Scrum Master
(SSM) certification, recognizing their
expertise in guiding Agile teams and
contributing to successful Agile
transformations at scale
