Scrum Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Trainer who is passionate about coaching and mentoring professionals into Scrum Master roles.

Key Responsibilities:
– Guide and mentor professionals in their transition to the Scrum Master role.
– Deliver high-quality Scrum, Agile, kanban and SAFe training with real-world scenarios.
– Provide hands-on coaching on Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and other ALM tools.
– Conduct mock interviews, career counseling, and resume-building sessions.
– Stay updated with the latest Agile methodologies and industry trends.
– Engage with students day and night to support their learning journey.
– Create training content, case studies, and practice scenarios.

– 10+ years of total experience with at least 7+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
