HelloSM is an online training institute that offers 100% virtual training and coaching programs in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and related professional skills. 2. User Account
– Registration: You are required to register using accurate, complete, and updated information. It is your responsibility to maintain the accuracy of your details.
– Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

3. Fees and Payments
– Fee Structure: All course fees are listed on our Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. You agree to pay the applicable fee in full or via installment plans at the time of enrollment.
– Payment Methods: We accept payments through Razorpay, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other authorized payment gateways. By making a payment, you authorize HelloSM to charge your selected payment method.
– Access Timeline: Once payment is confirmed, you will receive login credentials and course access details within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp.
– Taxes: Course fees are exclusive of GST or other applicable taxes. Taxes will be calculated and added during checkout.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
– Strict No-Refund Policy: All purchases are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued under any circumstances after payment.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

– Usage License: You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to access the content.
– Restrictions: Reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, public display, or any unauthorized use of the content is strictly prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct
By using the Platform, you agree not to:
– Share login credentials with others.
– Use the Platform for any unlawful or malicious purposes.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without notice or refund.

Neither HelloSM nor the user shall be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil disturbances, or government restrictions.

11. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
